When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, organisation (if supplied), enquiry type, preferred date, guest count and message. Please only include information relevant to your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use these details to answer your enquiry, discuss a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange and administer your booking. This is in our legitimate interest in responding to requests and may be necessary to take steps towards or carry out a booking with you. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

Where the information goes

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions for us. Enquiries are stored in our Netlify account and may be sent to our email address through a Netlify notification. We may share details with people helping us fulfil a booking where needed. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting booking. We may keep relevant booking and payment records for longer where required for accounting, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. You can ask us about the records we hold for you.

Other services on this site

Our pages load fonts from Google, and the homepage loads a Google Maps embed. These services may receive your IP address and browser details, and Google Maps may use cookies. Links to Facebook and other external sites take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. This site does not currently use an analytics or advertising tracker.
